Welcome to BernaOnLine. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of my website and the purchase of my online Spanish lessons and lesson packs. By booking a session or purchasing a pack, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services & Customization

• All lessons (individual sessions and packs) are tailored completely to the student’s specific needs, language goals, and time availability.

• Core materials, sources, and dynamic learning tools are included in the price of the sessions unless specified otherwise.

2. Payments & Access Codes

• All payments are securely processed upfront via Stripe.

• Upon purchasing a lesson pack, you will receive a personalized access code via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

• This code allows you to log into the scheduling calendar and distribute your purchased sessions at your own pace.

3. Highly Flexible Cancellation Policy

I operate my teaching schedule on a unique, trust-based system designed to give you maximum peace of mind:

• No Cancellation Fees: I understand that unexpected events happen. There are no penalty fees for rescheduling or cancelling a class.

• Rescheduling: You can easily reschedule your sessions through the system to best fit your updated availability, with absolutely no pressure.

• Mutual Respect: While the system is highly flexible, I kindly ask students to notify me as early as possible if they need to change a session, allowing me to manage my teaching hours efficiently.

4. Pack Expiration & Refunds

• To ensure consistent language progress, lesson packs should be used within the reasonable timeframe communicated during your booking journey.

• If you experience exceptional circumstances that prevent you from using your sessions, please contact me directly to arrange an extension.

• Due to the digital delivery of access codes and instant calendar booking availability, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under principles of fairness and integrity.

5. Limitation of Liability

My highest priority is providing highly cost-effective, premium-quality Spanish lessons. However, I am not responsible for technical issues originating from the student's side (such as poor internet connection, hardware failure, or software issues) that may affect the quality of the online session.
